My Bylines
I WRITE ABOUT MOTHER-HOOD, MENTAL HEALTH, AND LIFE IN GENERAL.
Writing is truly a passion of mine. When I graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Health, I started creating content for businesses in the health space.
As I had a child of my own, I realized the unique journey that comes with being a mother. So I began to write about my own experience and the shared experiences of others. I found a great community, and I’ve been able to write about things pertaining to my degrees as well as my own personal life experiences.
Everything I write is done with the hope of helping someone – whether that be an emotional article about maternal mental health or a funny article about crazy toddlers.
